Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website qwelimited.site and any engagement with QWE Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by QWE Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 797 Green Lane, Dagenham, Essex, RM8 1DD, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 959 350.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Consultancy — scope, advice and what we do not provide
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins, setting out the question, the deliverables, the timescale, the fees and what is outside the scope; that document prevails over anything on this website. Advice is given on the basis of the information, access and data made available to us at the time, and the client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what it supplies. Our recommendations are advisory. Decisions, approvals and implementation remain with the client, and we accept no responsibility for a decision taken on a basis we were not told about.
We provide management consultancy other than financial management, and that exclusion is real. Nothing we provide is financial management consultancy, accounting, audit, tax, legal, insurance or investment advice, and nothing on this website is advice for your particular circumstances. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not advise on, arrange or promote any regulated financial product or investment. Where a matter needs a solicitor, an accountant, an auditor or a regulated adviser, we will say so and you should take advice from a suitably qualified professional. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, saving, efficiency or financial result; results depend on implementation, resourcing and circumstances outside our control. Information disclosed to us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for that engagement, and the same obligation applies to material we provide to you. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, that is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
